Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me with a good book, my three cats, and a chai in hand at my favorite local coffee shop. Cancellation Policy
At Vice Kingz Esthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our valued clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate everyone’s needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Clients must provide at least 2 Days notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the FULL treatment price will be charged.
In the event that a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full service. In such cases, the client will be responsible for HALF the cost of the service.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service amount may be required to secure an appointment. This fee will be applied to the final bill once the service is completed.
Clients who have more than 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 6 month period may be required to prepay in full for future services or may be refused future bookings.
